I am a beginner with this at the age of 61 after have a major heart attack a year ago and having to have a pacemaker installed I was a little afraid of this machine. Now I am exercising for an hour every day and am up to 14 miles a day. I feel fantastic and love the silence of the machine even after the use that I have put the machine through. When you open the box everything is packaged very well and it honestly takes almost as long to unwrap everything and get everything out of the box as it does to assemble. It states that assembly needs two people but I was able to put it together myself without any problems. After all Men don't listen to instructions anyways right?
