She has been using it now for about a month, and loves it! You can add tension and your workout will be great if you only workout in bursts of 15 minutes or so, but the longer you go the easier it gets. The tension lessens after awhile. On my old eliptical I would workout for about 45 minutes and it would be a consistant workout, but with the gazelle I usually go for about 20 or 25 minutes before it just feels pointless to continue and I move on to do situps or something ...more
