Plus, I didn't feel that I was paying extra for some guy's name. The online buying process was simple and painless. The only complaint that I have is the tracking capability. Amazon only gave a date range for delivery, whereas many other web stores will actually let you track your package with UPS/FedEx etc. Regardless, my package did arrive in the middle of the date range given. Fell off the exercising wagon after a trip to Tokyo, but am now back to at least an hour a day on the Gazelle and my clothes started fitting better after just a week. It's a great machine that gives you real results if you put in the effort. You do need to set your pace above a leisurely walk - I suspect the people complaining about the lack of "burn" just didn't exert themselves. My only complaint is that you can't set the resistance, but ...more
