I was unsure between this elliptical/stepper and the model below it but now that I have purchased this I couldn't be happier. It is so easy to switch between modes, I love the programed workouts, I feel I am getting a great workout even at the lowest resistance, its fun, low impact, the water bottle holder is so convenient, compact design, overall a wonderful product! Assembly took approx. an hour and a half. and was not a huge headache. It is very quiet and smooth. I love all the information the control panel offers. I'm not real impressed with the heart rate monitor, but I don't believe they're real accurate on a machine anyway. I would suggest purchasing a separate monitor you wear on your wrist if this is important to you. It is real easy to change between elliptical and stepper. My husband uses this ...more
