It came in the mail fine and was really easy to put together. It works wonderfully, you do need to stand next to something so you don't fall off of it until you get the hang of it. Also, I think if you weigh more than 200 lbs it's probably not the little walker for you. I think maybe the people that had trouble with it braking on them weighed too much for such a small walker.
