The first time on it was a little awkward because we have to keep our balance and are not used to it, but after a few minutes, you get into it. I got on it for the first time this afternoon and took a few minutes to get comfortable but really worked well. It feels more like a stepper than a true elliptical but the motion is circular and the weight is definitely off your knees.
