Easy to put together and use. I am a beginner with this at the age of 61 after have a major heart attack a year ago and having to have a pacemaker installed I was a little afraid of this machine. Now I am exercising for an hour every day and am up to 14 miles a day. I feel fantastic and love the silence of the machine even after the use that I have put the machine through.
