It has very smooth action, the foot pedals are sturdy, and it is quiet! The handles have no resistance, but they do assist in balance, and they keep your arms moving. There might be a way to add weights to them. The handles do fall to the ground if you're not careful. The stepper can be adjusted for resistance and you can vary the size of your steps easily to vary your workout. It is a good workout for the lower body and great for a room where ...more
